Remove ads from downloaded subtitles

It would be great if Bazarr could take care of removing common adverts from downloaded subtitles automatically.

Examples:

Support us and become VIP member to remove all ads from OpenSubtitles.org
```

We try to respect providers and want to keep good relation with them. If you want to get rid of ads, you'll have to get VIP status with the providers.

I find this works great: https://github.com/minadaky/subscleaner but it'd be nice having it integrated as another button in Bazarr Tools.
