Batch tools usage

It would be very useful if it would be possible to start a tool (sync for example) for the whole season / tv show.

Currently to sync or shift subtitles, corresponding job has to be run for each episode separately. It's not uncommon that subtitles for the whole season have the same problem, that could be fixed by one batch command.

Also it would be a nice addition to this if the mobile view would allow for running tools. Currently I'm not seeing the tools icon when opening Bazarr on my phone.
