Allow blacklisting subtitles from custom post-processing

Subtitle_id, provider, series and episode / movie id should be added as variables to custom post-processing to allow blacklisting subtitles using bazarr API. It would allow to use other subtitle syncing solutions more efficiently by for example automatically blacklisting subs that did not sync properly.
