Exlude folders

Hi,

I would love to see an option to exclude a folder/folders completely from Bazaar so it doesn't search for subtitles at all.
Currently it tries to search for subtitles on multiple folders which I don't want any subtitles on.
I assume this would decrease the load on Bazaar and API hits? (I have 8000 tv episodes and 3000 movies).

In Radarr, you could add a tag to any movies in those folders, and tell Bazarr to not download subtitles for any movies with this tag.

You can also mark them as unmonitored and there is an option to ignore non-monitored movies / series.
