Move subtitle blacklist option to tools under series episodes and movies

Adding a large library to Bazarr creates hundreds of pages of history when subtitles are completed. Rather than searching through the pages to find a bad subtitle, going to the subtitle itself and blacklisting it with tools would be more intuitive. Current workaround could be deleting and redownloading to add to page 1 of history.

You can already blacklist an episode by clicking on is name to get history specific to this episode. The same can be achieve with history button in movie view.
