Don't reload/refresh page after selecting a subtitle in manual mode

In manual mode, some providers can take a long time to show a result such as Subscene. When we selected a subtitle, the page refresh. This is annoying if we need multiple subtitles. Let say we have 3 subtitles (3 different languages) that we want, we need to:
1. click "manual"
2. wait for a while for the result
3. select a subtitle
4. wait for the page to reload
5. repeat for another 2 times
Would be great if we can select download multiple subtitles just from 1 manual mode operation.
Side notes: Simply use another provider is not a solution because some language subtitles are just available in Subscene.
