Add Couchpotato integration

I'm still using Couchpotato instead of Radarr due to some functionality.
Therefore it would be great if CP is supported as well.

It's not possible without a complete redesign of Bazarr to support multiple sources. I'm more incline to make Bazarr autonomous.
