Add option to keep ass/ssa format from converting to srt

Lots of ass/ssa subtitles are really beautiful and especially helpful for dual lingual subs etc.
Most of local players and plex have good support on those subs.
I really love to have an option to stop the conversion to srt when downloading ass subs via bazarr.

Plex has awful support for ass/ssa subtitles, and forces a transcode to use the subtitles.
