Add subtitle by URL

Sometimes Bazarr cannot find a suitable subtitle or pulled out bad subtitles. It would be much faster if we can supply link to a suitable subtitle and let Bazarr extract it instead of download, unzip, and upload the file manually which require extra work.

This will be a great feature.
