Support "coupling" of Audio Profile from Radarr/Sonarr and Subtitle Language

This might not be a general user case but for me personally, I prefer different language subtitle when I'm watching different language content. This is usually indicated by the Audio Profile I choose. I'm not really a big fan of dubbed materials unless it's really good or it's impossible for me to enjoy the original material. Since I cannot understand the audio, I would like the subtitle to be in a language of little mental stress, if that makes sense. A concrete example would be, whenever the audio profile is French, choose French Subs; whenever the audio profile is Japanese, choose English Subs.

Would love this as well! At the moment I have to do my own bash script to analyze the file audio languages, and call the bazarr API to set the language profile accordingly.
