Cache video file attributes to prevent running ffprobe on every subtitles search

When bazarr search for wanted subtitles or when search for better subtitles hdd where media files are will wake up from sleep, even when no new subtitles are found/downloaded.

It's really helpful for people with cloud backend.

benefit from such feature includes;
1. speeding up disk scan.
2. reduce overall disk activity
3. for cloud backends it will reduce calls/bandwidth usage.
