Add provider http://legendaoficial.net/ for brazilian portuguese subtitles

Hey there,
I think legendaoficial.net would be an interesting brazilian portuguese subtitles provider in bazarr. Here's why:
- Opensubtitles usually tamper with the original subtitles (ads). Also, some of the best brazilian subtitle teams usually don't upload their stuff to opensubtitles.
- legendas.tv, which is seemingly the biggest brazilian subtitle platform, is very technically problematic when it comes to searching for subtitles.
- legendaoficial.net, though it has a bunch of simple ads, usually has the subtitles from the best subtitle makers for series in Brazil.
