Implement upload of compressed subtitles (single episode or season)

Add the capability to upload a compressed file with subtitles (single episode or season).
Bazarr could then decompress it to a temp folder, and process the included files as if it were individual files uploaded, discarding non compliant files that could be present (.nfo, .txt).
