0 sec subsync

Send a notification to the user if a subsync was exactly 0 sec, meaning it most likely was a wrong subtitle, or the ability to auto choose another sub if that happens till it finds one without a 0 sec subsync.

Also maybe set a maximum and minimum seconds for it to consider it a failure, for example a 30+ sec subsync is most likely a failure
