Release Info: What was downloaded?

I would like information about the Release, Provider and Uploader for downloaded subtitles.

In the case of a detailed display, a tooltip would be appropriate. (https://i.imgur.com/nueKrv7.png)

In the case of history, the columns next to the score would be nice. (https://i.imgur.com/ItKXvHI.png)
