Faster subtitle search

I don't how hard this is, but I would love for Bazarr to be faster when searching for subtitles.
It might not be a valid reference point, but I feel that Prowlarr/Jackett are able to search multiple indexers way faster.

The delay depend of your hardware and, for some providers, we have to add delays to prevent you from being banned from those providers for hammering them. There's not much I can do.
