[Provider Request] edna.cz

Hello would it be possible to add edna.cz ? Unfortunatelly i was not able to find any official or unofficial API. This subtitle provider is probably the best one we have for CZ/SK (Czech Republic/Slovakia) or at least one of the best.

I was able to find this. Maybe this could be used as API.

Bazarr already have titulky provider. This provider is mainly used in edna.

You need VIP account at titulky.com to make it work
