Add option to never automatically search for subtitles

In my media library, the movies arent always downloaded from the same source. So I would like the option to disable automatic searches where I can just go and manually download them.

I think simple turn off bazarr help this.

Agreed - currently the scheduler options are between 3 and 24 hours for 'download subtitles' for movies/series.

Would be nice to have a 'manual' similar to the 'scan all subtitles on disk' options
