Better language tag readability

My use case is to set different language profiles for English and non-English audio for hundreds of movies and shows.
Minor UI issue: language tags are not quickly and easily distinguishable in a list. Combined with the lack of sorting/filtering lists by language (suggestion #137912), it slows down mass editing.
Besides adding sorting/filtering which would be the best solution, usability could be improved in any of the following ways, in order of practicality:
1. Do not use all uppercase in tags. Simple but effective.
2. Different background or text color per language.
3. Flags next to the language name.
