Allow limit for number of times to upgrade a subtitle

I currently have a script that bazarr triggers as the post processing command. This script heavily modifies the subtitle and causes bazarr to redownload the subtitle thus causing an infinite loop. Being able to limit the number of times bazarr does an upgrade for that specific subtitle would solve this problem.
