Languages Profiles by Tags

I would like to be able to automatically apply a language profile to movies and series based on their radarr and sonarr tags.

For example, if I want a movie without any particular subtitle, I don't put a tag.
Now if I want a movie with english subtitles, I will add a tag like "subeng" on radarr.

This way I can decide which movie and series I want to subtitle or not.

Expected behavior:
- When a new movie / series is added on Radarr, Bazarr will automatically apply a language profile if they have been configured with a particular tag (see image)
- Probably detect the change of tags on movies and series to apply the profiles
- If no tag is configured in any profile, perform the default behavior

I too would like a way to select language profiles by tag but for a different reason!
I have a friend that wants Spanish subs and instead of adding Spanish subs to EVERYTHING, it'd be nice to automate at lease his future requests by applying the EN+ES profile to his tag.

In my setup, Sonarr/Radarr tags are set to the username of whoever requested it on Jellyseerr.
