Download + Translate automation

Heya Morph,

I've been using bazarr for quite some time and really love what you've done so far, so cheers to that!
I've noticed that whenever a subtitle from another language than english is downloaded its most of the time out of sync.
Even when i analyze the audio and use the sync function, this is mostly for dutch, turkish and german subs.


would it be possible to add a feature like this:
1) Cut-off language set to english (this option already exists)
2) add a feature to auto translate cutoff language to any other language via google translate

Translation via google are pretty solid, and they are in sync level of the english subtitle downloaded.
