Ambiguity in subtitle language options

The Default enabled switch toggles whether subtitles are enabled for series. But, the help text for the switch says "Apply only to series added to Bazarr after enabling this option", which implies that the switch toggles whether the settings below are applied to all series or only to series added after changing options.

In my opinion the switch label should be changed to Enable subtitles, and the warning stating that changes made to the settings will only affect newly added series should be moved to the top, like this:

This suggestion was added in 2019 and is still listed "Under consideration". I found this post by googling the phrase "Apply only to Series added to Bazarr after enabling this option." because I thought the same thing as OP. Is it still truly being considered?

@Chris: under consideration like the 240 feature requests. Don't hold your breath until it's implemented.
