Display series episodes in scene format

You are displaying series episodes in this format: 1x2, 3x4 ...
The scene, download pages and subtitle pages usually uses this format: s01e02, s03e04 ...
Could you change it? I can see it in several templates/layouts.

Episode numbering is consistent all over Bazarr interface and is the same as Sonarr. Where did you see SxxExx naming?
