Tell Plex not to display media if there are no subtitles
Hi,
As non-english native, I watched most shows with subs, as well as my family.
I would like Plex not to display a video until subs are available.
It is very useful to avoid people being disappointing when they start an episode and there are no subs still.
And it’s crucial when someone use automatic Plex Sync to a local device. Plex doesn’t wait for subs to sync.
I imagine that it can be achieved by using the plex ignore feature. Bazarr could add a plex.ignore file.

enchainedI messed with plex ignore a bit, but it didn't give the desired result, and upon changing (or deleting the file, don't remember) it rescanned everything completely from scratch, overwriting whole recently added category etc. There is another way to hide specific things on Plex from specific users - sharing labels. It can be used programmatically with the help of python-plexapi library https://www.reddit.com/r/PleX/comments/6utijn/script_to_auto_tag_the_sharing_label/

NicoLeOcaThanks for your suggestion
however it is far more complicated than the option I use currently with another software.
Insteard of Sonarr, I use Medusa.
It offers an option to block the post process of a file until there are subtitles available.
I'll stick to that for now I think
