Add subtitles until (language) found

I usually just want English or Norwegian subtitles for my media. However, as Danish and Swedish are quite similar, it would be nice if Bazarr could search for Norwegian and English, and if it finds those, don't download any more subtitles. If not found, also search for Danish and Swedish.

This is similar to quality profiles in Sonarr/Radarr (upgrade until)
