Allow users to configure Sonarr API timeout time

Allow users to configure Sonarr API timeout time to prevent timeout errors when syncing episodes in huge Sonarr libraries.

Maybe with a warning not to adjust, if you are not sure what you are doing.

Currently editing /app/bazarr/bin/bazarr/get_movies.py at launch (docker container) to workaround which is far from ideal
