Manually trigger post-processing script

Under tools it would be valuable to add a manual trigger for post-processing scripts so that failed and/or not triggered scripts can be manually triggered.

This is realy useful, because I need to run custom script to back up the subtitle file to some where else. But, after run any tools (sync, adjust time, etc), bazarr doesn't seems to trigger custom post-processing.
