  Hi everyone, I've created a small tool ( https://github.com/mateoradman/bazarr-bulk ) which helps perform actions on subtitles (such as syncing) in bulk. For example, it is possible to sync all movie subtitles at once, instead of having to click sync for each movie through Bazarr UI. Please try it out and report back if you're experiencing some issues.

  Indeed. this option would be handy, i downloaded almost all of my subs before noticing that the option to to auto sync was well.. off it would be really great to be able to run re-sync on all non previously synced subs.

  @morpheus65535 there is a mass edit all available on all episodes of a show for example, but mass editing all the movies does not provide that option.
  Only setting the language profile is available.

  +1, the ability to just select everything already downloaded and run sync again would be invaluable, especially if the sync system gets improved over time.

  This "sync all" really needs to be up-scaled for "bigger mass edits" than for a single series. Ideally, there would be "sync all" buttons for a given series (like it is currently), for a group of series (by adding that option on Mass Edit in Series) and for a group of movies (again, by adding a "sync all" to the Mass Edit for movies).
  
  Alternatively, there could be a new section to display every single subtitle managed by Bazarr, with Mass Edit actions available there as well. And since I'm fantasizing about this new section, it could have filters for type of media, format of subtitles, if it already has been synced and perhaps even RegEx searching! A bit of an overkill, of course, but perhaps this idea could somehow fit in future enhancements in this or other topics :)

  I've explained dozens of time why it won't happens. Bazarr isn't a batch tool: create a script and call it by yourself. Bazarr is a subtitles download tool.

  @morpheus65535 Well, to be fair you didn't explain it here, the 4th most voted suggestion. And you stated yourself to @S_Holl that part of it was already possible.
  
  But of course, your word is final and I absolutely respect it, I believe you explained dozens of times, but I didn't know.
  
  So I'll follow your suggestion: I glanced at the API and I think I might be able to create a script for this. If I manage to do it, I'll come back here and share it!

  I think it's really stupid that this won't happen when there is obviously much need for it. I have around 200 movies downloaded before I turned the auto sync option on. It's just a pain to do 1 movie at a time while a option to just sync all would be so easy.

  This feature <Already exists>. The sync button is there in individual movies/episodes. All people are asking is "Hey, instead of doing it one by one, just have a button where it does it one by one anyway, but automatically." Again, this feature <already exists>. What do you mean 'bazarr isn't a sync tool' lol

  I understand that Bazarr is a "subtitles download tool".
  
  However, the "sync" option already exists by using ffsubsync under the hood. This is obviously outside of the strict "download tool" realm but is definitely handy when most of us are using Bazarr as a really nice tool to handle (not only download) subtitles.
  
  Why does the "sync all" button exist when mass editing a show but not for all shows/movies? I don't want to be annoying here but I don't follow the rationale. The implementation would be a rather trivial UI change, and I am able to run a script myself and do it, but it would be nice to be able to handle all of this within Bazarr (and make this usable for non so tech-savvy users).
  
  In any case, would a PR on this be considered or this is a definite NO?

  @zero, thanks for trying the tool out! Can you please try the newest version v0.1.3 and create an issue on github in case it still doesn't work. I'll need a bit more information in order to figure out what went wrong.

  Thanks a lot for using bazarr-bulk ( https://github.com/mateoradman/bazarr-bulk ), I am glad you found the tool useful. I've released a new version v0.1.5 which now supports a base URL, which previously did not work if bazarr was running as a subfolder behind a reverse proxy.   Seems like a great tool @mateo. Wish I could figure out how to get it running on my unRAID server... but that's a fight for a different day. Glad to see someone working on something like this!

  This is an optimized command-line tool written in Python for bulk syncing media subtitles in Bazarr: https://github.com/BrianWeiHaoMa/bazarrbulksync
  
  You can run it locally with Python or through Docker. It supports chunking to reduce RAM usage, the option of skipping recently synced subtitles during the bulk sync, and logging to record what has been synced by the tool and when.
