Add alass as subtitle sync tool
I've been testing this and it gets the work done where ffsubsync fails. Alass stands for "Automatic Language-Agnostic Subtitle Synchronization"

Yes I 100% support this feature. I've tested alass against ffsubsync and it beats it in every scenario. I even used it with subtitles that are not in english and it still worked great. -

Paulo VilliIt's blazing fast, easy to integrate, written in rust, portable even on linux...
...and it is trully language agnostic (i've been using it for pt-br with stunning accuracy), the dev received his bachelor degree presenting a thesys on how this can be achieved by an algorythm
