  I've taken a look to this provider and it simply use an English subtitles downloaded from os.com and translate it using Google Translate. We already do that kind of translation in Bazarr itself and you can also use your own AI translation providers directly in Bazarr or through Lingarr integration.
  
  I don't see any reason to implement this low quality provider.

  Hello buddy if you are not able to browse subtitlecat.com then try subtitlecat.online. I think the website is updated with new extension.

  Subtitle cat has/can translate srt files. That would fill in so many gaps in peoples media libraries.
