[Provider Request] Add Subs.ro for subtitles

  I'm waiting for it too as it's my main subtitle download page for romanian subtitles (i also release there subtitles form time to time).

  A happy bazaar user here, but in terms of Romanian subtitle I also have to upload them manually from Subs.ro as all other providers provide totally out of sync subs.
  
  Voted for this as its awfull when I add a tv show to upload 100 files manually... Please add subs.ro provider.

  In the last 5 months it seems that subs for any movie/series that appears recently or in the last couple of years can be found well only on subs.ro. Please add this provider.

  The API is kind of limited to get acceptable results from Bazarr. Also, this provider tends to upload various releases in a single zip file. Developers can try to implement it, but don't expect a good automated experience from this provider.

  I know it's an older topic, but it would be great if this provider will be added as it has the best romanian subtitles currently.

  Maybe a partnership with the developer of Unpackerr could result in better automatization? It already has good integration with Sonarr/Radarr and it could help adding subs.ro as a provider for Bazarr, just an idea. It would be great if it could be done.

  Yeah, I opened a PR which adds Subs.Ro as a subtitles provider for Romanian & English.

  They just implement their new API solution. It would be nice if this can be added to bazarr as subs.ro has the best subs in Romania
