Add independent folder monitoring

The way I use Sonarr and Radarr is that all content goes into a staging folder prior to being transferred to the main media/Plex folder.
It it possible to have a feature where it can independently monitor seperate media folders that aren't covered by Radarr/Sonarr (much like the aforementioned do "import")

This would be awesome to have. I have VOD strm files that do not go into Radarr/Sonarr and would love to be able to use Bazarr for getting subtitles.
